Hi Aleli, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
My story is one of perseverance, hard work, and dedication.

Despite facing challenges while growing up in a less than ideal environment and with limited financial resources, my parents’ unwavering determination and work ethic have always inspired me. Their perseverance is the driving force behind my passion for real estate, which I view as an avenue to make a positive difference in people’s lives. Housing to me means the future, and it is the foundation upon which everything begins.

My career in real estate has been a journey filled with both challenges and triumphs, but I am proud of the progress I have made. From my humble beginnings as a Super Market Clerk, I have gained valuable experience in various industries and roles, which has allowed me to serve my family and community with their best interests in mind.
Breaking into the competitive and ever-changing real estate market was not easy. I got licensed in 2022 right when interest rates started climbing up, and home values began to decline, I refused to be discouraged. Instead, I saw it as an opportunity to work even harder and help my clients navigate through the challenging market.  My persistence is paying off as I am starting to see success in the industry. I’ve expanded my network, and my client base is growing, allowing me to help more individuals find their dream homes and investment properties.
Through it all, I have learned the importance of hard work, determination, and perseverance. As a first-generation American and a mother to one handsome boy and lovely little lady, balancing my family responsibilities with my career in real estate was not always easy. But it taught me how to manage my time effectively and stay focused on my goals.

Overall, my personal experiences have shaped who I am as a real estate agent, allowing me to connect with clients on a deeper level. As someone who has faced and overcome various obstacles, I am dedicated to staying up-to-date on the latest trends and industry changes. I am grateful for the opportunity to make a positive impact in people’s lives and help them achieve their dreams.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Challenges? Sure, I’ve faced a few on my real estate journey, but let me tell you, it’s been one heck of a ride! As a first-generation American and a mother, I’ve learned the value of hard work, dedication, and perseverance. And let’s not forget, I’m a bit of a risk-taker, which has led to some exciting opportunities in this ever-changing real estate market.

Yes, the fluctuating interest rates and market uncertainties have posed challenges, but I thrive under pressure! It’s been a wild ride, but with every twist and turn, I’ve learned something new and gained invaluable experience.
As an immigrant and mother, my personal experiences have allowed me to connect with clients on a deeper level, helping them find a home that fits their needs and feels like a safe haven. And as a real estate agent, I love nothing more than seeing my clients’ faces light up when they find their dream home!

So, looking back, was it a smooth road? No, but who wants smooth and boring anyway? I wouldn’t trade this journey for anything. Real estate is my passion, and I’m living the dream every day!

Absolutely! As a Realtor, my business is all about helping individuals and families find their dream homes and investment properties. I absolutely love what I do, and I’m known for my upbeat personality and warm smile that puts clients at ease during what can sometimes be a stressful process.

One of the things that sets me apart in the industry is my commitment to staying on top of the latest trends and changes in the real estate market. I believe that continuing education is key, so I regularly attend seminars and workshops to enhance my skills and knowledge.

But what I’m most proud of is my personalized approach to working with clients. Every individual or family has unique needs, and I take the time to listen and understand those needs so that I can deliver exceptional service and help them achieve their real estate goals. It’s truly a privilege to work with clients and make a positive impact on their lives.

Overall, my business is about more than just buying or selling properties – it’s about building relationships and making dreams come true.

We’d love to hear about how you think about risk taking?
I believe that taking risks is a necessary component of achieving success. Real estate is an industry that requires you to take calculated risks to stay ahead of the curve and provide the best service possible to your clients.

In my career, I’ve taken many risks, both personally and professionally. Breaking into the real estate industry as a new agent was a significant risk, but I believed in myself and my ability to make a difference in people’s lives through real estate. I’ve also taken calculated risks, like timing and planning when to leave the secure full time hourly position I held as an assistant manager at an apartment to community to purse a commission based real estate career, in marketing and advertising strategies, investing in my education and attending training seminars to stay up-to-date on industry trends.

That being said, I believe in taking calculated risks, meaning that one must weigh the potential outcomes and consequences before making a decision. I also recognize the importance of taking risks in a controlled manner, avoiding unnecessary risk-taking that could one in harm’s way.

Overall, I think that taking risks is necessary for growth and success, but one must to do so in a smart and strategic manner.
