Hi Chasity, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
Absolutely! I am a seasoned HR professional with 10 years of experience. Over the years, I have developed a deep passion for people development and organizational success. I began my career in Human Resources as a HR specialist, during my time in this role I quickly realized the importance of aligning talent strategy with company goals. Throughout my career I have worked in various fields of HR including, talent & recruitment, benefits, compensation, and employee relations. In addition, I have worked in various industries including healthcare, higher education, and food & beverage.
Driven by a desire to make a more impactful change, I transitioned into HR consulting, where I utilize my expertise to partner with businesses of all sizes to streamline HR processes, improve employee engagement, and foster healthy workplace cultures.
More recently, my scope of services have broadened as I have taken on clients from non-profits as well as individuals seeking specialized career coaching.
I am extremely passionate about the work I do and the impact I have on my community!
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Human Resources Consulting can definitely be a challenging and multifaceted field, and it’s rarely a “smooth road.” While it offers many rewards, it also comes with its fair share of struggles. Some of these challenges include balancing employees needs with business goals, handling conflict and disputes, recruitment challenges, cultural shifts, technology integration and one of my biggest pains …. adapting to legal changes!

My brand is centered around providing personalized, actionable guidance that empowers individuals to take control of their career journey. Whether it’s helping someone land their dream job, transition into a new field, or overcome obstacles in their professional growth, the feedback and success stories from my clients are a constant reminder of the difference I make in their lives. I’m particularly proud of the supportive and motivational approach I bring to every client relationship, which encourages them to not only reach their career goals but also grow in confidence and clarity about their future.
Can you talk to us a bit about the role of luck?
To be honest, I don’t associate with the term “luck”. I like to consider myself BLESSED! Although I have worked in this industry for 10 years, branching out as an entrepreneur and starting my own consulting firm has come with many challenges. What new business doesn’t face challenges though? I’m proud of how quickly my business has grown since its inception. The progress I’ve made and the milestones I’ve achieved in such a short time truly reflect how favored I am.
