Hi 1TakeQuan, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today.
So, it all started with my cousin Big Hube he still makes music. We made a freestyle to like the old Dr. Dre beat. Then, a couple of months after that, I walked in on 1Taketeezy recording and making beats, and I told him I was just doing that with my cousin. Let’s make a freestyle. From there, I showed 1TakeJay the song we made, and he came over the next day. And from there, the rest of history, we’ve been making songs and making music every day since that day, but we came out up with the name 1takeboyz couple months after that.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not, what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
The road has been up-and-down more ups than down. And it’s only been down in terms of missing information, not knowing everything, or able to capitalize on every major opportunity.
Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I am a rapper from Los Angeles, California. I specialize in making music that you can feel that you can relate to that’s gonna enhance whatever vibe you in a positive way. I’m most known for my party/ratchet music. and my lyricism most proud of all my music even the ones with 100 plays I love every song I put all into it to be entertaining with the lyrics and I just going in the studio and putting anything on the track most of my effort. apart from others is my resilience, ambition, and drive. We all have time, we all have stress, we can see, but who’s gonna take it to the furthest extent, who’s really going to push the envelope, who’s gonna really put their all into it? So I think that’s what set me apart
